Three day basic course covering the principles of negotiation and mediation. Every principle and tension is extensively practiced during the numerous role plays and adapted practical cases.

Strategic Communication Fundamentals Course (SFC)

Two day basic course covering the foundations of strategic communication.  We look at how to reach strategic effects with a comprehensive communication plan and a reasonating content.

Audience Analysis Fundamentals Course (A2FC)

Three day basic course covering the basic principles of target audience analysis. How can your organization or business identify the most adequate, relevant and homogenuous social groups in een heterogenuous social landscape?

Advanced - Crisis & Hostage Negotiation Course (CHNC)

Five day advanced course covering negotiation techniques that allow you to deal with crisis or high pressure situations. This course has the NMC as a pre-requisite allowing us to build on the obtained skills & knowledge. 

Advanced - Human Factors & Audience Analysis Course (HFAAC)

During this 10 day curriculum we systematically cover the steps of an in-depth target audience analysis methodology. Which specific and homogenuous social grous are relevvant for my organization to reach its goals? How do we make them tick and how do we actually reach them with adapted media products or communication means?
